Beautiful handmade turquoise & aquamarine blue bowl thrown on the pottery wheel from white earthenware clay, then decorated with hand carved flowers and added clay dots for texture and pattern. It was fired at 1125C for strength before a combination of layered blue glazes and cobalt oxide was added, then re-fired.
It is inspired by the beautiful embellishments of the art nouveau style and the colours of the sea.
