Beautiful handmade turquoise and aquamarine blue large bowl with golden-bronze rim.
It was thrown on the pottery wheel from white earthenware clay, fired first at 1125 C for durability and strength, then glazed with a combination of layered glazes and re-fired at 1040 C. The surface is smooth and shiny, and the colour is reminiscent of the sea.
Size: Width: (at widest point) 22 cm x Height: 8 cm
To protect the shine of the glazes I recommend that you hand wash these bowls.
