Beautiful tactile jade green bowl, perfect as an ornament or for keeping a tealight.
The bowl was thrown on the pottery wheel from white earthenware clay, then hand decorated with attached leaves and dots to add embellishments and texture.
The bowl was then first bisque fired at 1125C degree (cone 01), then a combination of layered blue glazes and cobalt oxide were applied and fired again at 1040 C.
