Beautiful tactile blue bowl, perfect as an ornament or for keeping a tealight.
The bowl was thrown on the pottery wheel from white earthenware clay, then hand decorated with carved, imprinted patterns and/or clay dots to add embellishments and texture.
The bowl was then first bisque fired at 1125C degree (cone 01), then a combination of layered blue glazes and cobalt oxide were applied and fired again at 1040 C.
Approximate Size: Width: 10 cm x Height: 5 cm
